Welcome to MNJ Fabrication. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Use

By using this website, you acknowledge that all content—including images, logos, product descriptions, and designs—is the property of MNJ Fabrication. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

2. Product Use & Safety

MNJ Fabrication designs products primarily for off-road, motorsport, or custom fabrication use.
Our products may alter the vehicle’s structure, geometry, or handling characteristics.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All products must be installed by a qualified, experienced welder or fabricator.

  • Incorrect installation may lead to structural failure, steering issues, vehicle damage, injury, or death.

  • You assume full responsibility for proper installation, maintenance, and safe operation.

  • MNJ Fabrication is not liable for improper installation, misuse, or modifications after purchase.

3. Custom Orders

Custom fabrication work is made specifically to your specifications.

  • All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to pickup or shipping.

  • Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, material availability, or project complexity.

  • Once fabrication has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Payments

MNJ Fabrication accepts approved payment methods displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method.

  • All information provided is accurate.

  • You agree to all billing terms and charges.

5. Shipping & Lead Times

We do our best to provide accurate lead times. However:

  • Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • MNJ Fabrication is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or supply chain issues.

  • Damage during shipping must be reported to the carrier immediately.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom fabrication and off-road parts:

  • All custom orders are final sale.

  • Standard products may be returned only with prior approval and must be unused, unmodified, and in new condition.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds, if approved, may be subject to a restocking fee.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated:

  • MNJ Fabrication products are sold as-is, with no express or implied warranty.

  • Off-road and custom-fabricated components experience extreme stresses outside manufacturer control.

MNJ Fabrication is not responsible for:

  • Vehicle damage

  • Personal injury

  • Labor costs

  • Improper installation or misuse

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

MNJ Fabrication is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our products

  • Vehicle alterations

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or modification

Your sole remedy is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website is used solely for order processing, communication, and support. We do not sell customer information.
